It comes from the commune of Saint Estephe that traditionally makes some of the most muscular wines in the Medoc but nowadays they come with a big helping of charm and fruit making them much more accessible at a younger age. Decant a good while before serving and make sure you've got something beefy and you won't be disappointed.
