Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and take clear photographs of any damage to the packaging or the product itself.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the documentation of the damaged or incorrect item.
- 3.Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 4.Processing & Refund
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement.
