Maison Lavau is a major wine producer in the Southern Rhône, making wine from many of the region's appellations, as well as IGP Pays d'Oc. The business owns several wine estates with a total 140 hectares (345 acres). In addition there are long-running partnerships with more than 350 winegrowers spread across the region. The red Rhône wines are based on Grenache, supported by the region's other key varieties such as Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignane. White grapes grown on estate vineyards are Viognier, Marsanne, Roussanne with Clairette Blanche.
