During the late 1950's, Moreysien de souche Fernand Lécheneaut founded the house with the same name in Nuits-Saint-Georges. The domain contained two and a half hectares of vineyards, divided among the communes of Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, and Morey-Saint-Denis.
