The subsequent portfolio is based entirely on Chardonnay. The domaine's vineyard holdings span some 26 hectares (64 acres) across all four quality levels within the appellation (from Petit Chablis to Grand Cru). Jean Paul & Benoît Droin produce from nine premier cru sites, including Montmains and Fourchaume.
