      Distillery Information

Philippe Cambie (Jan. 1962 - Dec. 2021) was a very influential and in-demand consultant oenologist in the Southern Rhône wine region, awarded Winemaker of the Year in 2010 by The Wine Spectator. He co-owned two labels in the region, and (with Adam Lee, co-founder of Siduri Wines) the California Pinot Noir producer Beau Marchais. Cambie's project with Michel Gassier of Costières de Nîmes. The portfolio is headed by the Châteauneuf-du-Pape Adrastée, from fruit grown on La Crau, perhaps the best "cru" in the district. Only little over 100 cases are produced There are also a few hundred cases each of red and white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, and red wines from Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Rasteau. Around 2000 cases of red Côtes du Rhone and Costières de Nimes are made, plus smaller amounts of white wine from the latter appellation.
