Nose: Dense and sweet, with rich, almost rum-like trickles of molasses and burnt brown sugar, joined by buttery shortbread, ginger cake, and ginger.

Palate: Sticky sweet toffee and caramel join creamy milk chocolate hazelnuts, apple chips, and honeyed flapjack, with candied tropical fruits and juicy barley in tow.
