Nose: Porridge, yeasty bread dough, and buttery, crumbly apple pastries join overripe fruit, creamy grist, and vanilla. A funky touch of Stilton, cured meat, and fig chutney nestles subtly beneath.

Palate: Butterscotch, feather cake, and a touch of candyfloss, with waves of creamy rice pudding, green apple, then hints of tea loaf, and banana chips. Savoury notes of cream crackers and gentle oak develop in time.
