Nose: Bread dough, blueberry muffins, and generous helpings of vanilla, with creamy milk chocolate developing in time.
Palate: Vanilla ice cream! Then waves of crème caramel and shortbread before warming notes of ginger, cinnamon, and cooked, spiced apples creep in. Honeyed apricots and almonds nestle among the spices beneath.
Finish: Fresh peach, oaken vanilla, hints of green apple, and a touch of grist keep the warming woody spices in check.
