Meaning “burn of milk” in Gaelic and one of the more modern distilleries (only established in 1975) with most of the malt going into the deluxe Chivas Regal blends. Built with four decorative pagodas despite no intention to have floor malting’s done on site which is their sole purpose. The house style is light, fresh and slightly spicy with Independent bottles being the best way to try this Speyside malt.
