This 2014 Ardbeg Supernova Committee Release has an intense zesty character of smoked lemons and pears, lemongrass and pine needles. That is followed by aromatic smoke, peaty earth, heather root and applewood smoked cheese. The palate is warm, peppery and spicy, with hints of peppermint, chilli flavoured chocolate, with coating linseed oil.
