Ardnahoe Infinite Loch Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Expect sea-spray, Islay peat and dark chocolate on the nose.
Palate: Menthol, fresh fruits, and bonfire notes on the palate.
Finish: A smoky, zesty finish.
Distillery Information
Ardnahoe, Islay's ninth distillery, was founded by the Laing family from Hunter Laing bottlers and blenders of Glasgow. Ground was broken in 2016 and the first whisky came off the stills in 2018. The distillery features Oregon pine fermenters, two lantern-shaped pot stills (a 13,000 litre wash still and an 11,000 litre spirit still), the longest lyne arm in Scotland (or so they tell me), and worm tub condensers.
