Distillery Information

Belvedere Vodka is a super-premium brand of Polish rye vodka, named after Belweder, the presidential palace in Warsaw – a picture of which also features on the label. One of the original luxury vodkas, it was created in 1993 by Polmos Zyrardów, a division of the state distilling monopoly, and continues to be produced in the same facility. The distillery was privatised in 2001 and in 2005, the luxury goods conglomerate LVMH acquired 100 percent ownership. The vodka is made from Polish Dankowskie Rye and quadruple-distilled. It is blended with purified water from Belvedere’s own artesian wells. A range of flavored vodkas, or "macerations", are also available; as is an unfiltered version; and the 50 percent alcohol-by-volume Intense label.
