This limited edition is special because of the double ageing and the transatlantic voyage. It embodies the subtle alliance between terroir, sea and tradition. It was first aged for six years in ex-Bourbon barrels, in the cellars of the Bielle distillery in Marie Galante. Then it crossed the Atlantic Ocean aboard the schooner “Adventure”. The long voyage extended the aging process. After arrival in Charente (France), the rhum continued aging for three more years before being bottled.

Nose: Generous aromas of honey and vanilla, with a slight iodine touch.

Palate: A refined palette of gingerbread, dried fruit and a subtle hint of saffron.
