A single malt from London's Bimber distillery, originally bottled exclusively for the Bimber Klub. It was aged in a combo of first and refill oloroso sherry casks that were filled into just 1,045 bottles without chill filtration and artificial colouring.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery, located in London, specialises in traditional methods and high-quality spirits. It opened in 2015 and is known for its artisanal spirits, especially whisky. Dariusz Plazewski, a Polish man with a moonshining family background, founded Bimber Distillery. "Bimber" means 'moonshine' in Polish. Plazewski wanted to mix Polish distilling traditions with London's craft drink scene.
