Bimber Distillery, located in London, specialises in traditional methods and high-quality spirits. It opened in 2015 and is known for its artisanal spirits, especially whisky. Dariusz Plazewski, a Polish man with a moonshining family background, founded Bimber Distillery. "Bimber" means 'moonshine' in Polish. Plazewski wanted to mix Polish distilling traditions with London's craft drink scene.
