This single cask English single malt whisky from Bimber was finished in a 2010 vintage Gonzales Byass oloroso sherry butt (cask #544-7/67) before it was filled into 936 bottles in 2020. It was selected exclusively for the high-end British department store Selfridges.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery, located in London, specialises in traditional methods and high-quality spirits. It opened in 2015 and is known for its artisanal spirits, especially whisky. Dariusz Plazewski, a Polish man with a moonshining family background, founded Bimber Distillery. "Bimber" means 'moonshine' in Polish. Plazewski wanted to mix Polish distilling traditions with London's craft drink scene.
