Blue Nectar is a Jalisco valley tequila that gets its name from the estate grown agave itself and the idea of agave spirits as mystical "nectar". It is distilled by Saúl Pérez Santana and master blended by Guillermo Garcia-Lay. This unaged tequila is triple -distilled. Note: the distillery, Tequila Selecto de Amatitán, is committed to environmentally responsible and sustainable methods for working with agave spirits.

Nose: Notes of green pepper, cinnamon and ample, herbal agave
Palate: Roasted agave and notes of black pepper
Finish: Sweet and vegetal notes on the finish
Distillery Information
Tequila Selecto de Amatitan distillery is currently operated by a father son team who carry on the 70-year-old tradition of crafting 100% blue agave Tequila’s. They use only estate-grown agaves grown in rich volcanic soils at an elevation of 4,100 feet. This farm to bottle operation tastes like where it comes from, showcasing this unique terroir. Everything is produced naturally utilizing only agave, water, yeast and North American white oak barrels. It is then assembled by their legendary master blender Guillermo Garcia-Lay.
