Daniel Bouju is an artisan, family-owned cognac producer with a history dating back to 1805. Situated in the small village of Saint-Preuil, the estate currently covers 30 hectares, planted mainly to Ugni Blanc. All their cognacs are non-filtered, including this Napoleon expression, which has been aged in Limousin oak barrels. A mature cognac, with notes of dark chocolate, walnuts and cherry compote.
