Nose: Vanilla, caramel, red berris and marzipan.

Palate: Ripe pear lemon juice, cinnamon and toasted almonds. 

Finish: Pleasingly long and spicy on the finish. 

Distillery Information

(bow-MORE) Bowmore, an iconic distillery on the shore of Loch Indaal, is renowned for its peated single malts and mid-range smoky style, with around 30 ppm of peat. A significant portion of its whisky is matured in the distillery’s No.1 Vaults, which boasts an ideal microclimate for long-term aging. After changing ownership multiple times, Bowmore was acquired by Stanley P. Morrison in 1963, leading to the creation of some of its most legendary whiskies, including the highly sought-after Black Bowmore. In 1994, Suntory (now Beam Suntory) took full control of the distillery.
