Colour: Burnished Chestnut. Nose: Freesia, dried geranium and lillies of the valley merge with aromas of Chablis, citrus fruits, and gooseberries, followed by sweeter notes of acacia honey, apple pie, vanilla pods and cream. Taste: Initially dry and floral with notes of carnations, developing into sweeter notes of lemon meringue, grilled almonds, and light crème caramel fudge, with a hint of white pepper, nutmeg oak spices and light coconut. FInish: Lightly sweet and warm with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.
