Distillery Information

Buffalo Trace's roots can be traced back to 1775 when American pioneer Hancock Lee built a small distillery on the banks of the Kentucky River. However, it wasn't until 1812 that the land was purchased by Commodore Richard Taylor, who expanded and modernized the operations.
