Burning Barn Spiced Apple Rum | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Juicy apple, warming baking spice, and a little cherry are supported by notes of caramel, vanilla, and treacle.

Finish: Peppery warmth on the finish.

"We started the brand after an enormous fire engulfed our family farm. The fire inspired the brand and the flavours we use – that's why we roast the spices for our Spiced Rum ourselves and why we use apple wood from our own orchard to smoke our Smoked Rum."
