Nose: Raisin bread, ripe tropical fruits, canned pear syrup, sour green apple soda, dried apricots, a hint of clove, dark licorice
Palate: Roasted grains, strawberry fruit leathers, vanilla creme soda ice cream float, dill pickle, some rum-like funk, lemon-lime Gatorade, excellent structure on the palate
Finish: A rounded roasty note remains swirling on the palate, a slight prickle of sourdough with salted butter, very creamy with sarsaparilla in the background, ending with a beautiful blackberry note
