Cambus was once one of the most important grain distilleries in Scotland, but it closed down in 1993, one of the casualties of a round of distillery closures. Fortunately, Signatory Vintage managed to grab a few casks, and we can now taste the whisky from this lost distillery. It was distilled on 24 July 1991 and bottled at 25 years old from a refill but on 14 April 2017.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
