Carpathian creates Romanian single malt that is distilled, matured and bottled at the Alexandrion Saber 1789 Distillery, near the Carpathian Mountains. It is made using 100% Romanian malted barley and sub-Carpathian water under the stewardship of master distiller Allan Anderson, who boasts more than 30 years’ experience in Scotch whisky and Irish whiskey distillation.

Nose: Honey sweet with notes of gingerbread, cinnamon and a hint of spicy oak.

Palate: Full, round, sweet with a final hint of spice.
