The Joven Mezcal is made from 100% organic ingredients, grown and harvested in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a pure expression of the ancient and time-honored tradition of mezcal production, and is distilled from a selection of blue agave plants, that are roasted in the traditional method. The Joven Mezcal is then blended with an Azul Agave variety, for a rich flavor profile.
