Casa Manglar Madrecuishe Mezcal is a 100% agave spirit from the Oaxaca region of Mexico. This mezcal is made from the espadin agave, which is roasted in a stone oven and then ground into a mash. This mash is then fermented in copper stills and distilled in clay pots. The end result is a smoky spirit with a pleasant, lingering aroma.
