Chicago Distilling Barrel Finished Finn's Gin is a modern gin created by award-winning distiller Evan Finn. The gin is distilled in small batches with a mix of 10 botanicals, including juniper, orris root, cinnamon, lemon peel, coriander, cardamom, cassia bark, angelica root, lavender, and clove. The final product is then aged in barrels that have been used to age whiskey. The result is a crisp gin with a smooth finish.
