Andre Dawson Select Straight Bourbon is a limited-edition bourbon from Cooperstown Distillery. It is made from a mash of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, and aged for at least two years in new, charred American oak barrels. The bourbon has a complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, and a smooth, warm finish.
