Distilled at Craigellachie in 2009, this Single Malt was allowed to mature for 16 years in a single American oak cask. It was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2025.

Distillery Information

The distillery was founded in 1890 by Victorian entrepreneur Alexander Edward. Today it is owned by Bacardi and forms part of their John Dewar & Sons portfolio. A small core range of single malt bottlings is available. Craigellachie distillery gets its process water from various springs in the Conval Hills, and orders in special peated malted barley. Bacardi bought the distillery in 1999. Most of the whisky made here is used in Dewar’s White Label. Their single malts are characterised by a meaty character with lots of fruit and malt notes.
