Offering subtle vanilla and oak flavors, this rum is ideal for elevating any classic cocktail. Try a Cruzan Winter Break cocktail by combining two parts Cruzan Estate Diamond Light Rum with one part pineapple juice and one-quarter part Muscovado syrup in a toddy glass and stir. Slowly add five parts hot peppermint tea to the glass and garnish with freshly-grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Based in St. Croix and operated by the Nelthropp family since the early 1800s, every bottle of Cruzan Rum captures the unique spirit of the island.
