Bold vanilla bean and sweet toasted caramel accents - think crème brûlée or toasted marshmallows. Furhter notes of toasted orange, pancake batter, buttery fudge, clove, warm cinnamon and ginger, aniseed, nutmeg and coriander seed. Mellow and smooth oak tones with a bite of pepper to finish.
