This single malt whiskey hones in on flavors of deep fruit, chocolate, toffee, and caramel notes. Our whiskey is made from 100% MN sourced pale ale and chocolate malt, first barreled in Minnesota-made American white oak barrels and finished on a selection of red wine barrels to give softness, depth, and a delicate nature to this spirit.
