Dark Arts 8.5 Year Double Oaked Dark Star Straight Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes

Distillery Information

The building was formerly a primary school and had been derelict for over 10 years. In 2021 it opened again after an extensive and complete renovation with a number of the original features being retained. Our core gin, Sky Garden Gin, takes its inspiration from the nearby Galloway Forest Park and its dark skies.
