Nose: Beach barbecue, grilled shellfish, salty sea breeze and briny peat smoke, with burnt ends, sweet, smoky barbecue sauce, and a touch of savoury spice.
Palate: Meaty chewy sweet peat, salted tablet and tarry smoke are joined by rich dark chocolate and a touch of billtong.
Finish: Sweet smoke lingers, with thick toffee and briny salinity.
