Nose: Dark fruits, cocoa powder, and a touch of polished leather.
Palate: Layers of dried fig, treacle toffee, and warm oak spice with a hint of espresso bitterness.
Finish: Long, sweet, and nutty with lingering sherry richness and gentle tannins.

"Edradour Distillery began as a 1825 farmer's cooperative, becoming Scotland's "little gem" and smallest distillery, known for its picturesque setting near Pitlochry and traditional, hand-made whisky, eventually acquired by Signatory Vintage's Andrew Symington in 2002, who revitalized it by expanding production and releasing acclaimed single malts like its famously "bonkers" 10-year-old."
