English Harbour 90th Anniversary Release | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Classic Antigua aromas with notes of caramel, crème brûlée and vanilla, accompanied by red apples, pears and soft spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon.

Palate: Lively and balanced, with flavours of apples, pears and orange peel, complemented by spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla.

Finish: Warm and slightly persistent, with hints of raisins and nuts.

Distillery Information

"Our founders, who set the company up, came from Madeira as indentured servants in the early 1900s. They started blending their own rums and opening up their own shops in St John's. Then eight of them pooled their resources to set up the distillery, which cost £2,500 to build.”
