Nose: An expressive nose of candied fruit and spices.
Palate: A palate endowed with great aromatic richness. Quince jam and vine peach marmalade complement a multitude of spices (nutmeg and cloves in particular), then there is a bit of bagasse with hints of honey.
Finish: A lingering finish on dried apricot and slightly damp wood. A nice slap with this rum with a remarkable aromatic concentration.
