Nose: Layers of rich honey, citrus blossom, floral stone fruits, and toasted nuts.
Palate: Caramel and toasted marzipan join chocolate-dipped orange wheels, with plump sultanas and creamy hints of Horlicks.
Finish: Zesty orange and orchard fruits linger, with waves of milk chocolate, honeyed sweetness, and balanced spice.

"Filey Bay Distillery's story is about bringing whisky making back to Yorkshire, rooted in a family farm, using local barley and water, and embracing regenerative farming for unique coastal flavours, all from "field to bottle". Founded by friends David Thompson and Tom Mellor (who ran Wold Top Brewery), they started distilling in 2016, leveraging the farm's resources and expertise from consultant Dr. Jim Swan to create a distinct, light, fruity Yorkshire single malt, exemplified by their Flagship release."
