Firewater Distillery Rainfire Agave Spirit Tasting Notes
Nose: Bold but smooth pepper and sweet juniper. A light sweetness and subtle tart like that of a fresh grapefruit or dried apricot.
Palate: Notes of lemongrass, fresh leafy vegetables and microgreens. Strong peaks and valleys of tangerine tart and pear sweetness. Notes of butterscotch and vanilla.
Finish: Classic Rainfire smoothness from the bourbon barrel finish, with a softening effect on the aftertaste. Light and thin palate, crisp and complex mouthfeel.
