Firewater Distillery Rainfire Finished in Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels Straight Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Silky cherry-vanilla aroma with hints of citrus, white peach, madeira and oak. Rich cranberry, caramel cream – and of course, cabernet sauvignon wine.
Palate: Full-bodied spirit, rich fruitiness akin to madeira and plum. Notes of tangerine citrus. Classic oak, subtle vanilla, light caramels.
Finish: Luscious and rich, complex mouthfeel which is longue on the tongue. Boasts the same classic velvety finish that our Rainfire Bourbon is known for.
