Distillery Information

In 2014, Lindsay and Karl Bond began home-distilling spirits using foraged ingredients from Macclesfield Forest. Forest Distillery has since become a thriving business, expanding into whisky production and moving to the Cat and Fiddle, within the Peak District National Park.
