Nose: Dense caramel and brown sugar, toasted oak and char, warm baking spice, ripe stone fruit, and a hint of roasted pecan.

Palate: Full-bodied and bold — concentrated vanilla and toffee sweetness fused with dark caramel, orchard fruit, spicy rye notes, and rich oak tannins. The high proof lends a deep, warming spice and layered complexity.

Garrison Brothers is a craft distillery based in Hye, Texas, founded in 2006 by Donnis Todd and David Perkins. It emerged at a time when American craft distilling was just beginning to grow, and from the start the founders set out to make authentic, full-flavored Texas straight bourbon whiskey. Garrison Brothers was the first legal whiskey distillery in Texas in over 100 years, helping establish the state as a serious bourbon-producing region.
