Rich vanilla and red fruit aromas. Creamy, initial flavours of pepper, raspberry and blackcurrant are complemented by an underlying peat smoke finish. Distilled in 2004 and aged in first-fill bourbon and refilled American casks, before finishing for 3 years in hermitage casks.
