Distilled from a mash bill of 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% rye, and 9% malted barley, the whiskey is drawn from small batches of select barrels, blended and bottled at cask strength. Rich and robust with a generous balance of oaken vanilla and spice, savour this neat, or stir up a marvellous Old Fashioned.

Nose: Rich layers of woody spice, burnt caramel, dark chocolate, and dried berries, with a touch of mint in the distance.

Palate: Toffee, vanilla, and subtly leathery oak lead, with warming notes of peppercorn and cinnamon in tow.

Finish: A touch of herbal tea, rich butterscotch, nutmeg, and oak char.
