Habitation Velier Hampden 2019 LROK Ex-Sherry Cask | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Ample, heady. Deliciously cocoa, licorice, balsamic (cedar), autumnal (dry leaf, lichen) and infused (thyme, laurel), the aromatic palette is radiant with freshness and complexity.

Palate: Rich, dense. Full of verve, the taste palette takes us to ever more autumnal lands (porcini mushroom, truffle, chestnut). Then, a very pleasant herbaceous bitterness (gentian, mint) refreshes the taste buds at just the right time.

Finish: Long, gourmet. Amplifying the chocolatey character of the aromatic palette.
