A wonderful 1965 vintage Cognac from independent bottler Hermitage. It was crafted from the Ugni Blanc grape variety from the Petite Champagne cru and distilled in 25-hectolitre stills. The maturation process lasted almost 50 years in Limousin oak barrels housed in damp cellars before it was bottled by Hermitage at 42.5% ABV.
