Nose: Sweet red apple touched by peat smoke, fruit gums, orange, herbal barbecue smoke, spearmint, leather and light coal tar.
Palate: Rich and viscous with smoked honey, crystallised orange, herbal pastilles and a subtle tar note folded into custard.
Finish: Almost creamy with baked pineapple jelly and pine needles.
