Nose: Freshly baked brown bread, vanilla fudge, floral heather, and red apple skin.
Palate: Surprisingly sweet at first, with a big slice of lemon drizzle cake up front. It then swiftly develops bold, spicy notes of cinnamon and cracked black pepper.
Finish: Medium length, with honeyed barley and crushed almonds.
